Anoushka Shankar is an American-born British sitarist as well as a music producer. She was the youngest and first woman to receive an award from the British House of Commons Shield she's received nine Grammy Awards nominations and was the first artist of Indian origin to play live on stage and also act as a host at the award ceremony.
